"You are running an old version of the Discourse image"

Hello there!

I started the process of upgrading our Discourse and my browser crashed.

Now when I go to the Updates page I see this message:

You are running an old version of the Discourse image

Updates via the web UI are disabled until you run the latest image. To do so log in to your server using SSH and run:

    cd /var/discourse
    ./launcher rebuild app

Might you be able to help me with this?

Is there a way for me to do as it says and log in to my server using SSH?
