Hello - I hope all is well with you!

This morning, our Discourse https://community.xmtp.org/ - isn’t loading and is displaying this error:

This site can’t be reached

community.xmtp.org took too long to respond.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Any thoughts?

Hey there. Sorry you’re having trouble. Your server is not responding at all. This means that there is an issue at Digital Ocean (I think that’s where your server is). It could be a temporary issue (they might have a problem with your server and are trying to fix it) or you might not have paid your bill. Since it’s been an hour, it’s not likely that it’s a temporary problem on their side, so hopefully they haven’t deleted your droplet due to non-payment.

Go to https://cloud.digitalocean.com/ and look at your account there.
